These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aethon research platform at aethon.fumie.org and related services (the "Service"), operated by Fumie (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Aethon produces evidence-graded research summaries that combine fundamental data, macroeconomic context, valuation signals, and outcome calibration. Conclusions are presented as screening context with their own evidence and critique. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide brokerage, advisory, or money-management services.
2. No investment advice
All content is provided for general informational and research purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, investment advice or a recommendation. Past performance and any calibration or hit-rate figures are not indicative of future results. You should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for individual research use and not for distribution or resale of its output.
4. Purchases
Individual research reports are sold for a one-time fee (currently US$7 per report) as a digital good delivered immediately on purchase. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment-card details. Prices may change prospectively. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish report content.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, the preview limit, or the payment gate.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to make automated trading decisions.
6. Data and availability
Aethon relies on third-party market, filing, and macroeconomic data sources. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. Reports reflect data available at the moment they are generated.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
